During the developmental phase, center opening and ongoing operations of the vascular access center, U.S. Vascular will provide management and general oversight of the following:

Construction/Site Development
This includes site selection; regulatory, licensure and legal support; space design to conform to ASC standards; project management support and construction and development oversight.

Human Resources Support
To ensure you have the highest quality staff, U.S. Vascular will conduct staff recruiting, selection and orientation; provide employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits administration and management training and development; and facilitate staff professional licensure. We can also provide turn-key HR policies and procedures.

Marketing Support
U.S. Vascular will help increase the awareness of your vascular access center by educating the staff of all local dialysis centers on the services your access center provides. We will also develop and produce marketing collateral for your center. All designed to increase timely interventions that will allow your patients to keep their normal dialysis schedule, avoiding missed treatments.

Financial Operations Support
U.S. Vascular makes it easy for you by either supplying you with or assisting your staff with financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, fixed asset management, lease negotiations, vendor selection and price negotiations, supply selection and inventory management.

Billing Support
U.S. Vascular will train your staff on how to obtain or provide your center with correct coding and billing forms, including updates for CPT and ICD-9 codes, as well as forms necessary for compliance, billing and patient demographics record keeping.

Clinical Support
An essential component of a successful center is a highly-trained staff, and U.S. Vascular will provide expert training and ongoing support. We will also supply site-specific radiation standards and the policies and procedures for outpatient procedures related to ESRD vascular access.

Other
U.S. Vascular will assist in managed care contracting support, development of a governing body, compliance standards and implementation for billing and registration and optional scheduling and registration database.
